Hi, I ran my ancestry DNA through Promethease and would like to save the results to my computer. When I go through the prompts to download it, what I get is a folder that says Promethease, and inside are a bunch of smaller folders containing unfamiliar file formats. There is nothing resembling a summary of my report. A few weeks ago, I tried to transfer my autosomal DNA from Ancestrydna and I made a mistake. I transferred my original DNA instead. In other words, I have transferred to Geni the same DNA information - twice. I would now like to transfer my autosomal dna from Ancestry but your site no longer allows me to do so.
